"Services": means all services available to you through this Website, including but not limited to use of the 123CEU.COM proprietary e-learning platform, Educational Products, Live Courses, Digital Downloads, and related support services;
"Payment Information": means any details required for the purchase of Services or Products from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

13. Orders and Provision of Services

13.3 If We, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
13.4 Payment for the Services and Products shall be taken via your chosen payment method immediately upon order confirmation for Educational Products and Digital Downloads, or as specified for Live Courses and other scheduled services.
13.5 We aim to provide access to your Educational Products and Digital Downloads within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. 14. Cancellation of Orders and Services

14.1 Due to the nature of Our Services and Products, including immediate access provided to Educational Products and Digital Downloads upon order confirmation, and the limited capacity nature of Live Courses, different cancellation policies apply:
a) Educational Products and Digital Downloads: All sales are final once access has been granted. No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
b) Live Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the course date may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the specific course terms.
