Thomas Anderson is a critical care nurse, clinical educator, and legal nurse consultant with over 20 years at the bedside in the highest - acuity environments - ICU, CCU, and PACU- including leadership as PACU charge nurse.  As an Adjunct Clinical Instructor, he has mentored senior nursing students through their preceptorships, shaping the next generation of nurses at the point where classroom training meets real practice.  As a legal nurse consultant, he helps attorneys quickly identify timeline inconsistencies, documentation gaps, and standard-of-care deviations in ICU and post-operative cases.  He brings that same investigative eye to the classroom - teaching caregivers and administrators to build clinical and documentation practices that hold up not just to a surveyor, but to a court.

Christine Villareal is a California-licensed Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience across acute care (ICU/OR/PACU), surgical services, hospice, and home health. She has served as Director of Patient Care Services for both Hospice and Home Health, where she directed clinical operations, quality assurance, OASIS oversight, and regulatory compliance while mentoring field staff through complex hospital-to-home transitions. Christine also brings deep expertise in IV infusion therapy, PICC/port care, phlebotomy, and advanced wound management. Her blend of frontline clinical skill and administrative leadership makes her a trusted educator for teams serving seniors, hospice patients, and home health populations.
