    Active RN, LVN, or other clinical license in good standing. Specialization in geriatric care, dementia care, behavioral health, or mental health. Minimum 5 years experience in residential care settings.

    Step 3: Interview Selected candidates participate in virtual interview to discuss background, expectations, and responsibilities

    Step 4: Onboarding Accepted members complete orientation, platform training, and begin reviewing courses.
