2. Program Description
The 123CEU Promo Code SMS Program delivers a one-time promotional SMS message containing a discount code and enrollment link to prospective and existing customers of 123CEU.COM who have verbally consented, during a live phone call with a 123CEU agent, to receive the promotional message on the mobile number they are calling from.

3. How to Opt In
Opt-in is captured verbally on a recorded call. During the call, a 123CEU agent will ask: "Would you like me to text you today's promo code and enrollment link to the mobile number you're calling from?" Only after the caller verbally confirms "yes" will a single SMS be sent. Verbal consent is timestamped and logged in our CRM along with the agent ID and the recorded call reference.

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies; typically 1 message per call. 123CEU does not add opted-in numbers to any recurring marketing list through this program — each SMS is a one-time, call-triggered send.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier, not by 123CEU.COM.

You may cancel SMS messages from 123CEU at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
