And Tommy Anderson, RN — you're locked in. Tommy is stepping up for Sat 9/19 Compliance Foundations, then carrying 12 sessions across October through January: Clinical Safety and Risk Management weeknights, 35 hours total. Behavioral & Psychosocial Care Sundays and Compliance Foundations weekends are still open — This is a contract-based, flexible engagement — you pick what fits your life. In August 2026 we begin building our NAB course library, which opens up national teaching and review contracts for anyone on this roster who wants them.

Every course you lead opens with your bio and a callout to your outside business or practice during housekeeping. We amplify what you're building — we're not competing with you.

Paid Preparation Sessions

Every new contract starts with two paid onboarding sessions before your first paid class: Platform & Systems Walkthrough (1 hr, $50 flat) and Course Delivery Rehearsal (1 hr, $50 flat). $100 paid before you ever teach a paying session.

First Right of Refusal on New Programs

NAB course library building kicks off August 2026 — active contractors get first offers on NAB (all 50 states) teaching and review contracts, on-demand narration, and the 123nursece.com launch before we recruit externally.

Rate Reviews After Second Cohort

Contractors who deliver reliably across multiple cohorts become priority candidates for per-session rate reviews. Ongoing engagement rewards consistency.

Long term, we're building this roster into a real peer network of nurse educators, physician educators, and admin educators who know each other's work and refer clients back and forth. What you join today is the founding roster.

All roles at 123ceu.com are 1099 independent contractor engagements — flexible, session-by-session, and completely on your terms. Nothing on this page is an offer of employment or full-time role. There's no expectation to fill every month or take every opportunity; take what fits your life and skip what doesn't. Every contract you accept comes with a written scope and per-session pay agreed in advance. All the opt-in benefits above are available only during active contract engagement.
